Jiffy Clip Incorporated is a manufacturer and distributor of plastic products used as accessories in the reinforced concrete market. Born from entrepreneurial roots, Jiffy Clip was the result of innovation at its best.

Mike Carraher hired Terry Newton of Newton Construction to install a concrete foundation for a new garage. During the course of the foundation project, Mike and Terry began talking about the problems related to working with rebar and tie wire. As a result of this conversation, a search for alternative ways to secure rebar was begun.

Mike and Terry were suprised with the limited options available for securing reinforcing steel in concrete. It seemed all of the options for securing rebar were slow, tedious work, and were very hard on the worker's body. Unsatisfied with these results, the two took it upon themselves to design a working prototype of a swiveling clip that would secure rebar at any angle and was easily installed by hand.

Mike and Terry were very pleased with their new product and decided to make an additional clip that could be dispensed from an applicator gun while standing. Thus, the first clip and applicator combination specifically designed with ergonomics in mind were created.

In 2004 Jiffy Clip was incorporated and introduced the first generation of the Swivel TiClip™, TiClip™, and JiffySHOT™ to a limited market with rave reveiws. Since then, the product offerings have expanded to include revolutionary products like the TiChair®, Cross TiClip™, and Extender TiClip™.
